I needed a new switch, and they had to go back to the shop to get me another one!!! When they came back, they installed it and told me I would get a bill in the mail. <br /> I was charged $155.50 (labor and material) for at most a ½ hour of work, a ride to a warehouse located who knows where and a switch that probably costs max $3.00 at Lowe's. This is another one of those learning experiences people read about in the newspaper or see on television. If you are old and female and know nothing about electrics, be ready with your wallet wide open. <br />"
