I called The Maid Guru and not only did they quote a reasonable price, they also sent me an email confirming my appointment, called the day of service before entering the home and also after the services had been completed. "Flor's (and Hermila, the woman who does the cleaning) are AMAZING. Not only do they do a thorough job, they do exactly what I tell them. If I need windows cleaned I just email them before the scheduled cleaning and it gets done. I've had other cleaning services in the past (in another city) that have not done nearly as good of a job and cost more. My place isn't huge, but there's a lot to clean, especially because I have two cats, and they make the place so clean it feels like new. On the first visit I did have one incident where they locked my cats in one of the bedrooms (without a litterbox, food or water) when they left. I called Elliot and let him know that it was unacceptable and couldn't happen again in the future. He was very apologetic and even called back later once he had talked to the cleaners to find out what had happened. He was honest and nothing like that has ever happened again and I couldn't be happier with how he handled the situation. I definitely recommend Flor's and don't think they could do anything better!"

Unfortunately, my work schedule has led to the house not being in tip-top shape. On the flip side, and fortunately, these ladies were able to turn that around.

The 2hr appointment accomplished what I had requested in addition to a clean guest bath and vacuumed floors in our 2nd floor carpeted area.
