He first asked what I wanted to achieve and then measured and made recommendation on how best to achieve what I wanted to do. He explained every step it would take to complete the job and which correlated precisely with industry standards for driveway concrete. I already had a good idea of what reasonable cost would be. A & R's quote was reasonable and right on target for my budget. He scheduled a date and time to start the job and estimated how long it would take to complete. There were a total of three scheduled visits to complete the job. Enrique and his crew arrived on time and ready to work whether the task was escavating, framing, spreading or sealing. "The Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!"

"Everything went pretty well. The only place where there was any room for improvement was scheduling things so we could get a definite date/time lined up. We knew that it would be done most likely by today (15mar2019) and were glad to have the repairs done earlier (14mar2019). After the windstorm we had some shingles blow off of a different part of the house and we were satisfied enough to call them back to give us an estimate and get us scheduled for that repair."

"All I can say is WOW. I built my home 11 years ago and was having some issues with the 1/2 logs rotting on the dormers. Bergstrom's came out on the date they promised and gave me an estimate. They told me exactly what the problem was and how they would correct it. They explained why they recommended certain materials but gave me the option regarding which to use because there was a price difference. After getting 3 other bids, I picked them hands down and I was not disappointed. It took them 3 days to complete the job, but at the end of each day, all of there material was picked us and removed. There were no stray pieces of wood or nails laying around. A few of the guys smoked and they were very consciencous about their cigarette butts and not one was put in my yard. They did the job as promised, left my yard looking great, and the dormers are wonderful. I have had many compliments on the job that they did. I would highly recommend them for any job. I am going to have some additional wiring done to my home and will use them for that job as well"
