"Capps came out for the estimate and preformed the work effectively and efficiently. This was a tile roof leak in our garage that had been repaired incorrectly before by a prior owner. Capps inspected the area, found the location of the leak and did a very thourough job in removing and replacing rotted sheathing, etc. The new tiles were painted to closely match our existing roof color. Excellent company and I would not hire anyone else for any other roofing project!"

"Our roof leak was determined by KJ Miller to have its source in the exterior chimney bricks. So the employee used a silicone product that was painted onto the bricks to seal them. They were prompt and courteous. Work did come with a warranty. I do wish that the silicone manufacturer could produce a product that came in different colors to match chimneys, this product does not match the chimney bricks. However, the repair is not visible from the back or front yards, only from a second floor deck, so we are not too concerned."
