"I had a new flat roof installed 5 years ago by another roofer ( after Hurricane Irma took the whole roof off ). After 6 years the roof began to leak and ruined my family room ceiling. I called the roofer and he finally came and went up on the roof for about 10 minutes (no tools, no equipment). When he came back down he told me everything was fixed ( so hard to believe ). Anyway I hired a plasterer to re-plaster all the damage to my family room ceiling. That was a herculean task in itself and expensive. One day later it rained and guess what, the water came right through my "new" ceiling. I called Drew Roofing right away and they didn't hesitate to "answer" the phone and get me on their schedule. They arrived on the day they were supposed to and from the pictures they took did a lot of repair work to my roof. I can NOW sigh a sigh of relief and re-paint my family room ceiling. "The rainy season in Florida slowed them down and they were a week later than originally planned, but the work was done in one day by a crew of about four guys. They brought a dumpster on wheels and left the yard as clean as it was before they arrived. No issues and the price they quoted was what I was charged since they didn't require any plywood or flashing above what was quoted. Great day-of and follow-up customer service as well. The supervisor stopped mid-day of installation to let me know the progress and completion timeframe and came back the day after to settle up all the paperwork and payment."

"We called Arrys after our roof started leaking. We were brand new to the home and had been told the roof was relatively new. The guy who came out was amazing! He showed my husband how the nails were popping up through the shingles. He advised that we'd need a new roof sooner than expected, but that in the meantime, we could patch those spots ourselves if needed. He gave my husband some pointers so that we wouldn't have to call them every leak. Those pointers and that help was a HUGE relief to brand new homeowners. That was 3 years ago now. I saw Mark's truck at another customer's house and noticed that he does a "soft-wash" on roofs using chemicals (and not high water pressure) to kill algae and clean your roof. I talked to him about his process and checked out his reviews and was satisfied, so I hired him to clean my roof. The results totally exceeded my expectations, I couldn't believe how clean my roof was. I've attached before and after pictures of my roof. Mark was conscientious, on time, and even helped me with a few other things that I needed done on the outside of my house. Highly recommended."
