"We seem to be having an impasse with these people. They were supposed to clean our house regularly and they were supposed to sign up with the insurance company I deal with but they didn't so we had a problem communicating with them. Their service cost sixty dollars for four hours and when two of them worked, they worked two hours and were paid thirty dollars a piece. They were very thorough and they did a multitude of different tasks like sweeping, cleaning, dusting decorating rugs, cleaning rugs. They were supposed to come back last week on Thursday and they were supposed to come back on Tuesday and Thursday but they never showed up. We asked them what the problem seemed to be and he said there was a problem getting paid by the insurance company."
