"Barnett roofing put roof on 1/7/2026. When I first called them Steven came the very next day to look at the project. I agreed on their price (lowest of all bids). Matthew was the foreman of the crew that did the work….he arrived on the day/time he said and the crew went to work. Matt kept me posted on progress as the day went on, worked with me on replacing some boards that needed to be replaced. His crew was fantastic….very skilled and professional! I was VERY pleased and impressed by the job Matt and Barnett Roof did at my house. Also Megan, Cate and office staff kept me Informed on dates, time shingle color, etc. Ron, vp of operations came by during the day. I highly recommend Matthew and Barnett Roofing!"

Mo Shingles showed up three days ahead of schedule to start work, and finished within the course of a day. There were some extra things that the team encountered while working, but no unexpected costs or crazy price hikes from the changes, just reasonable adjustments and a walkthrough of what was completed. Super fast, quality work, and by far the most reasonably priced of any roofer in our area. Support their business if you’re in the area!"

"Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. The owner Ken is nothing short of a bald faced liar. I had this company do 2 different commercial jobs and they screwed them both up. One they fixed after we chased them for months and the other they refused to fix even after it became apparent that their crew hadn't cleaned or prepped the walls properly which caused the paint to start flaking off within a month or so of the completion date. Ken was full of hot air and excuses and even tried to blame Sherwin Williams paint for their subpar work. They have been paid in full and yet they still refuse to fix their mistake. Classic example of a company that doesn't desire to be in business."

"I put in a request on their website and Jordan called me later that day and set up an appointment time. He showed up for the appointment exactly on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He climbed up on the roof and took pictures off the problem areas. He also made a video of himself stepping on a specific area to show me that the decking was rotting underneath. He gave me an estimate to replace 2 pipe boots, replace the shingles in that area, replace the damaged decking board and to install water and ice shields in that area. We agreed on the price and he told me it would be about a week for them to come out because of their busy schedule. That was on a Friday. Then the following Monday morning Jordan texted me to let me know they were coming that day to do the job. After the job was completed, Jordan sent me pictures of the areas before the job and then after it was completed. He even took pictures of the damaged decking when it was exposed to show me how bad it was. I am relieved that the job is done, and I am very happy that I went with Innovative Roofing. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future should I ever need to."
