"I contacted Bill in mid April about replacing a portion of fence around my side yard. He suggested I go to FE Hart to pick out the fence I wanted and to call him back with the information. I did this and he made arrangements with FE Hart to get the materials and then provided me with a quote for the work. I sent him half the payment for this project and he put me on the schedule for 5/5/13. The new fencing has been installed and only took a day and half to complete. It's absolutely lovely. Bill and company were very tidy and cleaned up well after the project was complete. Bill also made arrangements to dispose of the old fence for a nominal fee.
