Alex O was the Project Manager and gave me a bid to replace the area I wanted replaced. I was concerned about being able to match the 38 year old siding, but Alex took an old piece that had been blown off to get the best possible match. Vinyl Siding has greatly improved in 40 years and Alex found us a perfect match. The crew came in and completed the job in just 2 days, they even stacked the old siding up for me as I had requested for a small project I needed to do later. "In the fall I had a bid on my roof. The company bid it for 26,000. So I thought a new roof was out of my reach. Then we had one of Idaho's famous high winds, my roof was in the neighborhoods yard. When his team showed up to take care of the roof they were like a well oiled machine. The tools came out a ladder went up. Everyone new their job. Very professional. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
