"They were great. Mary and Max came out to our home one evening and sketched out a complete design for the lighting of our front yard. We requested this both for aesthetic and safety reasons (outdoor steps that could easily lead to falls). They worked with us for about three hours and completed a comprehensive plan to accomplish these objectives. A couple of months later they came out and implemented the plan. My wife and I are absolutely delighted. Both objectives were masterfully satisfied. The front of the house is beautifully but very subtly highlighted. The pavers and stairways are easy to identify. "We called Aquasense to repair a small leak in one of our valves and to replace a broken lawn sprinkler head.  They had to remove the wood box covering the valve assembly (which took awhile) to have enough room to remove the leaking PVC pipe.  They fixed the leak and re-assembled the box perfectly.  I had them replace a broken head and they discovered another one that needed replacement.  Everything works very well now. <br />"

"Once I did review this company quite highly--ironically, because they stood behind their work and if there were any problems, they would make it right. (See my review of 4-27-18). But recently things seem to have fallen apart. The pavers along the edges of the large patio they installed have become loose, and many have popped off. The pavers just inside the border stones has sunk a quarter to a half inch all along the length of one side. I have had regular responses to my queries for repairs, but always the same: The owner is in Florida on another project, and promises to "get to it next month". This has been happening now since summer. I would prefer he just get someone out here to fix things, and be done with it. The company is licensed and bonded, but I hope I don't have to resort to that. The next step is the BBB and whatever resolution I can get through Angie's List, but I can't wait much longer for promised redress that never comes. I hate to have to do this, but I strongly believe that a company needs to keep the promises implicit in their contracts with customers. For now, I cannot recommend this company . (Update) To this company's credit, they have in the last week sent a crew out to do the repairs I've been asking for. As of today, they are 90% finished. Super late response, but at least they are honoring their commitment to stand by their work. That counts for a lot."

"Andrew was a real patient electrician, especially considering all of the work and decisions that needed to be made.  He was very responsive via email, phone, and text.  This helped a lot when I had questions from another subcontractor.  I thought the price was a little high even in spite of a 5% discount by using Signature Services Group (main IKEA contractor).  I had one small issue where I had to go out and procure a bunch of electrical parts (under-cabinet lighting dimmer, HDMI jack, coax jack and cable).  I expect for electricians to have these items stocked in their truck.  Maybe this saved me money by having to go out and purchase these items as opposed to the electrician.  All in all I liked working with Obot and Andrew and would recommend them again."

"The worker called me at 12:30 to tell me he was going to be "a little late" for my one o'clock appointment. I told him no problem because things don't always go as planned. He finally showed up around 2:45 pm (I don't consider an hour and 45 minutes "a little late.") No apology or explanation when he came to the door although he apologized before he left. He was in quite a hurry to get through what he was supposed to do at my house. I asked him to check one outlet and he told me he only had to do readily accessible outlets before I could show him that my piano rolled out of the way to make the outlet readily accessible. I asked him to double check an outlet that was not working for me. He said he had and his tool showed it was working. I said "No it doesn't because my lamp won't light." Then he told me it was the lamp and he didn't need to do anything else because it wasn't on his list of things to check. He finally checked it and it had power but the plate was too loose, so he tightened it up in about 5 seconds. I did not feel that they were interested in me as a future customer. They just wanted to do a ten minute job for $39.00. I was disappointed as I've used Mr Electric in the past and been happy with their service. As we got to the end of the list, the service person started being nicer and asked me if I was happy now. I said I was ."

"Oliver and Cody rock! Oliver did a thorough job of walking through plans for service, and went beyond the work to be done but helped talk about lights needed for each room based upon activities for the room. They took very good care of our house during the extensive work -- papered all floors, did as little damage as possible to lessen repairs later -- and cleaned up when finished. They came over on a Saturday afternoon to put the last light in (it arrived late from the manufacturer, after the rest of the work had been finished). I look forward to never rewiring the house again but I will call Oliver for any electrical work I ever have and have already referred two people to him."
