As it turns out, I will repair the existing wood fence and in the future the Renton School District (my neighbor) will install a new 6 ft high chain link fence at this location, per their specs, thus alleviating a need on my part to build the new fence. A new elementary school will soon be built at the property adjacent to my location."

We had 2 fence panels blow down in the wind with the center post snapping off. They dug out the old post, cemented in the new post and repaired and rehung the 2 panels.
