I could not be happier after having Steve/Accurate Carpet Cleaning clean my carpet. I have had my carpet cleaned before by other companies, but none have ever come close to how clean my carpet looks today. Steve was great to work with. He is a good caring person and walked through the house with me to get an understanding of what needed to clean. He made some suggestions, so we didn't go from super clean carpet to dingy looking carpet from other rooms adjacent to what was going to be cleaned. "Jason and his crew did a great job. I highly suggest you get everything done at once. Ducts were full of dust. Now they are vacuumed clean and sanitized with the new UV light Jason installed. Carpets including our area rugs were cleaned to perfection. Finally our dryer vent was awful and quite possibly a fire hazard. Now it’s completely clean after Jason used some specialty equipment to get every particle out. At the final walk through, Jason noticed some residual dog hair on a small section of one of the steps after everything was done and all equipment was put away. He promptly got everything back out and did ALL of the stairs over. Wow! Make sure to vacuum all carpets that are to be cleaned. It helps with the cleaning process and will give you better results. As an aside, the sun is shining in the windows. I use to see lots of dust flying around in the air despite all of my cleaning efforts. Now I see a very very minimal amount! Please Consider using this owner operated company for your next cleaning project."
