"The sales rep, Paul, was amazing. He was professional and very knowledgeable about bats and the removal process. The tech, Adam, was very thorough and accommodating. The price was fair and Paul worked with me on figuring out how to get what I needed done, while staying within my budget, which I very much appreciated. I was worried that it was going to be a really involved process, as bats are a protected species in my state, but Paul and Adam walked me through everything and made it all easy to understand. I will definitely be using them again if I run into another critter problem! 10/10 recommend!"

The original line had two right angle turns, the new one only has one, and looks much better than the original set up. This was a few weeks ago, and the dryer is working better than ever before."
