"Our poor old deck had seen better days. We contacted Andre about replacing it and we knew from the beginning that we contacted the right company- we got one bid only. Andre worked hard to get the job finished before winter. He was efficient, honest, and our deck is built well, looking like a piece of art. We’ll definitely hire AMP Construction for future projects. "I had Joe’s Yard Service redo basically my entire backyard and it turned out awesome. They took out an old concrete patio that was falling apart, removed the grass, leveled everything out, and put in a big paver patio. They also handled outdoor lighting, sprinklers, new grass, and added river rock along the side. Joe was super easy to work with the whole time. He always got back to me quickly and didn’t mind stopping by to explain things or walk through ideas. That made a big difference since this was a pretty big project. For a project of this size (around $32k), I felt like the pricing was fair. They got everything done pretty quickly, but more importantly it was done right. The quality shows. I also appreciated that Joe would point out ways to save money and put it toward other parts of the project instead of just upselling everything. Overall just a straightforward, honest guy and a hardworking crew. I’d definitely hire him again. Photos are some before and after shots."

"Great company to work with, hard workers and all were very friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. Did a walk through of expectations and then received a proposed design and we worked through that process to get the project within budget. They did the leg work of getting the project approved by the HOA which went really well. Mike and his team communicated throughout the project with scheduling and any questions I had during the process. The project is almost complete with only curbing and adjusting the sprinkler system. They also will be back when the irrigation is turned on for the coming season to ensure watering is scheduled and metering correctly. It looks fantastic and have received great reviews from all the neighbors. Highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs. "

"This company ?fired? us for canceling a pest control treatment. I gave them notice the day before and was not in a contract stating I needed to pay for a specific amount of treatments. Sept 2025 they left me a voicemail around 4pm stating they would be arriving the next morning. I was told that if that time doesn?t work to leave a voicemail for them the evening before treatment so they receive it before leaving. I returned their call same day, left a voicemail that we would have to wait until the next time they are in our area for our next treatment. I was called by the receptionist the next morning saying they are dropping us as a client with no warning or explanation on how we broke any rules or regulations of the company. Keith was our pest control specialist for ~10 years and always had great interactions. The receptionist wouldn't let me speak with anyone and did not seem to be communicating our conversations accurately or on time, or I can?t imagine we would have been dropped. "

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Spokane, WA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
