"Steve Rich responded to my Sunday email quote request the same day and arranged for a property survey the next morning. Despite the fact that the DOB had no record of a tank being removed, the survey showed no tank present on my property. As follow up, soil samples were taken at the tank "grave' and a report (fortunately clean) was completed and submitted to the DOB. All taken care of within a week. My home insurance was reinstated before the insurance company's deadline to remedy their objection. Steve and his staff were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I can't recommend them more highly."

They removed over 500 square feet of concrete and installed a 400 square foot patio all within a week. Our project manager was very perceptive noticing a few other problems too when he inspected.
