He solved a long-standing problem involving some shoddy work by previous contractors. He had made a neat cut to take the cement out and later did a neat, good looking replacement. He attached the lower steps back to the deck steps, making them better than they had ever been and rebuilt a corner support of our deck that had obviously never been done correctly.
