"Exploring home maintenance projects, I contacted Angi and interviewed 2 listed companies. Oreo Maintenance proved an excellent choice. The contractor contacted me promptly, followed with an onsite visit and same day estimate. I determined to consider options of pursuing the projects in 2024 or Spring of 2025 over 3 months, finally agreeing to complete in October of 2024. Once the contract was approved and signed the craftsman arrived for overview of the project and arranged to begin promptly advising me of an expected time frame for completion, considering weather and season of this year. Professionalism and integrity are earmarks of this agency. I received regular communication and approval as the work progressed. Project completed in a timely manner. Quality of the work excellent. Great Job. Brings to mind the generations of craftsman and businessman who perform by reputation. Always put your name of what you do. Highly Recommend these guys. Thanks"

"Clean Cut Painting and Handyman in Decatur completed several projects for us and I could not be more pleased. They refinished our deck, replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and living room ceiling fan. They also patched drywall and painted the walls and ceiling in our garage. The quality of work was excellent and the work was completed in a timely manner for all of these jobs. "JACK AND MOSES INSTALLED NEW KITCHEN WINDOWS FOR ME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB! "I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"I’ve used Smith General Contracting twice. Both times were for shingles blown off my roof because of high winds. First time, everything went well. It was raining and needed a responsive service and they showed up within an hour. Fixed it but the cost I thought was extreme for replacing 3 shingles. Second time was this past week where 3 shingles again were ripped off. Wasn’t happy to use them again but no one else even called me back. So they are responsive! But they decided to replace several more, including the area they already worked on earlier in the year. They tell me I need a new roof and I should put in an insurance claim. They again charge me a massive amount of money for 2 hours of work. The son calls Gary after I complain who starts saying his employees make $35/hr, material cost, and taxes. Well added it up and added an extra hour of service time because they had to run and get a packet of shingles. Took them another 30 minutes, but I add an hour. What he charged me was $200 more than the numbers he threw at me during our conversation. Ridiculous. He says you around on Saturday? I say yes. Says I’ll be out at 8:30 AM sharp. We’ll walk the roof, take pictures, and get an estimate for an insurance claim. He ghosted us. No call, didn’t even show up. Steer clear of this company unless you want to overpay and be treated poorly."
