"We have a 1966 home with 19 windows and a front door that have needed replacement for years, but we didn't think we could afford it. About 5 yrs ago we got into, then quickly out of a contract with a co that used the hard sell tactic. So at this point we were wary of dealing with home improvement companies for fear of another pressure sale experience. Encountered Renewal by Andersen by happenstance when we were at our local Plesant's buying wood stain. We decided we had nothing to lose, so we made an appointment to meet with one of their representatives. Tony, our design consultant, arrived on time, and was so laid back and easy to deal with. Our Boxer liked him, which was also a good sign. Tony really knew his product and the industry. He took his time with us, listening to our needs and educating us along the way as we drafted our window plan. We were able to get financing at a super low interest rate of 2.9%. The measure tech team were awesome. They were meticulous - measuring each window twice to ensure a perfect custom fit. These weren't one size fits all windows that come from a warehouse to be installed the next week, so we were totally ok with waiting 2 months for the windows to be custom made for our house. The install team, lead by Daniel, were clearly seasoned, experienced professionals. They got the job done right and kept a clean work site. They skillfully dealt with the challenges our old house gave them, such as a bit of wood rot and a quirky old front door opening, at no extra charge to us. The finished product was amazing! Our old house got the facelift it so badly needed. I hate to even cover the windows with shades or curtains. They're too pretty! Haha! We can't wait to reap the energy savings benefits, either. When we're ready, we definitely plan to reach out to Renewal by Andersen installed by Richmond Window Corp. for our remaining 3 exterior doors."

"Nova Exteriors is very easy to work with for a full-view storm door. We started the transaction via text. I provided pictures and rough measurements and they responded with options and prices. A person came to the house to verify dimensions. He arrived on schedule. Delivery and installation was sooner than they originally estimated (a good thing these days!) Installation went smoothly and the finished work looks great and operates perfectly."

"Got back to me quickly but couldn?t help me because I didn?t purchase my exterior front door from them"

"Purchased new exterior doors and very satisfied with the whole process. Will hire again."

"With the exception of two cosmetic details that I accepted (should not have in retrospect), the workmanship was very good. Well-qualified crew with exceptional on-site leadership. Very clean job site. Reasonable price. A communication breakdown, however, drops my rating from five stars to four. Without advance notice or agreement, TWF billed me for work outside the contract (replaced decorative stones and landscaping fabric moved to accommodate the construction project). $250 for about a half hour's work by a laborer on site for another purpose who had completed his other duties. I am happy to pay for good work, and generously tip workers who deserve it -- which I did. But I resent surprises and unreasonable markups."

"I gave AAPCO 5 stars across the board I believe we met in the middle to accomplish my goal the installers were fast and professional from my initial contact with dang I cannot at this time think of the consultant name but he was great! also Mr. Frankie :} Thanks guys ya'll do a fantastic job. "I had a great experience  Initial contact was in a timely manner Very friendly and was able to ask ,my questions I got a good price.Only had to wait only a couple of days to schedule my door replacement  They were able to open the door to get my car out so I could get to work the next day. Their team came out and replaced the door within a couple  of hours  I would definitely use them again and give their name to my friends and family that needed garage door service.

"We had them install all the roofing and other hardware for a full Tesla solar roof. Once that project was going, we also had them do 5 outer window/door projects for us. All went well and we're happy we had them do everything!"

"I already left one review for siding work Sunshine did for me. However, I also had them replace some windows for me and they did an excellent job. The company efficiently converted four old windows into two. The process was quick and easy from estimate to install. The installers went above and beyond in the quality of the installation. I am extremely pleased with how the project came out and I would hire again."
