He climbed up and removed a branch that was growing under some shingles at the edge, checked for damage, then looked in the attic (and sent me photos and video) and in a room where I was worried about a possible leak — and he didn’t charge me for anything. During my home inspection, I notice leaks in the ceiling dry wall. The Realtor called his roofing inspection team to inspect the roof. They did not know where the leak source was and thought it was from a satellite dish. The roofing guy also estimated there were 3 years of roofing life left. 4 months later, roof leaks start to occur during heavy rain. I was not happy. I thought the roofer was an expert because this is what they do day in and out. I was wrong with that assumption. The crew did an excellent job installing the shingles and cleaning up the area. The next day, my gutters were installed also by HCR. They got sheet metal and bended to the length they need. I got the massive 6 inch gutters. This was a game changer for my roofing system. The gutters were installed in the afternoon and 1 hour after installation, it poured down really hard. I watched the gutters and water came down smoothly compared to before where it will just overflow. I compared it to my neighbor’s 4 inch gutters and water was just over flowing out the gutters.
