We agreed on the price, he then sent me a contract via email indicating the terms discussed. I signed the contract and emailed it back. He called to say he misspoke, he meant 2" not 3". Now he's the owner and should know what he says. Been waiting a month so far and he won't return voicemails or texts. Completely lied, wasted my time and then ghosted me. I don't have a clue why he operates this way. I would highly recommend to anyone not to hire Rudy because he is dishonest. I have the call logs and contract to prove it. He is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Possibly the worst contractor I've ever dealt with in my life."
