"I sent an email to him a few days ago and have not heard anything. Called him and he admitted that he forgot to give me a callback. He did work me in within 24-hours. He showed up at the scheduled time of 8:00 am and was done within 30 minutes. Was charged for one hour at $90 per hour."

"Briant did a fabulous job for us. He communicated frequently throughout the process and assisted in having our plumbing repaired, ceiling repaired from the damage from the pipe that burst, removed all the damaged Sheetrock as a result of the water that damaged the ceiling, walls, and flooring, and worked in getting everything back to the way it was with significant improvements. He arrived on the scene within 24 hours of the mishap and we had a plan in place. He also communicated effectively with the insurance company so that the work was approved by the insurance company and a check was sent to us to get the repairs paid for. Briant is extremely trustworthy and dependable!"
