The staff in the showroom were exceptionally helpful in sorting through the available options to something that would work for us. Fred was prompt and quick with his measuring/estimation as well as answering our questions and getting larger samples to us for a final selection. Finally, Omar and Kelvin did a fantastic job installing the carpet and taking care of the furniture they needed to move. We felt the price was a good value compared to competitors. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"
