"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving. I made sure to wait for a few rainy days to come and go before submitting this review, because how silly would I look if I gave a 5-star review for a new roof and still suffered from leaks? :) If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled roofing company, I highly recommend ARHT Solutions!"

"Arch was in the neighborhood working on hail damaged roofs. Camden, roofing expert and salesman from Arch Exteriors, asked if he could take closer look as he could see damage from the street. I admit I was skeptical of his report on its condition and that homeowners insurance would cover repairs. Even so I filed a claim and the insurance company investigator found more damage from wind and hail than Camden had pointed out to me. The entire roof was approved for replacement. Plus the inspector looked at the separate detached garage roof and said it needed replacement too. Camden was helpful from start to finish. The work force sent out was professional, hard working and diligent. They arrived exactly when scheduled and had both roofs done by 3:30. I was highly impressed by everyone I met from Arch Exteriors and recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. The total job was over $13,000 and all but $1000 was covered by insurance."

"A roofer arrived at my place around 1pm (same day as my phone call). He examined the drywall and examined the roof. He quickly determined that what I was seeing was actually yellowed tape where pieces of drywall had been joined together showing through the less than adequate paint job. I'm sure he was right. The stain was a perfectly straight line and my original home renovator did a sloppy job. I was embarrassed that I had called him out, but he was very polite about it. Horizon Roofing is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone!"

After, I was contacted, the representative proved to be very knowledgeable and explained in detail the steps they would take to correct the rotting issue of th sub roof so it would not <br /> continue to be a problem . "Lucky for me, a recent windstorm ripped off my gable fascia. I say lucky because my insurance adjuster brought with him Randall Specht from ReBuild Inc. He also inspected my 3-yr old roof and, although there was no wind damage, Mr. Specht identified shortcuts taken by my original roofing firm –shortcuts I would never have seen nor had the knowledge to identify. According to the shingle manufacturer, those shortcuts were not in accordance with their approved installation methods; problems would not have been covered by my warranty nor would any resulting damage. Although Mr. Specht was brought in only to identify potential wind damage, his professionalism and patient detailed explanation provided me with enough information to intelligently discuss the installation issues with the manufacturer and my original roofing firm. Then, after the original roofer “fixed” his installation errors, I had additional questions about the repair quality. Although I am a civil engineer, I am not knowledgeable about roofing practices. Recalling how professional Mr. Specht was, I contacted him again. He was as generous with his time & explanation as he was originally. Kudos to ReBuild!! Mr. Specht’s professionalism – his honesty, customer service and…kindness -- speaks volumes about him and ReBuild. He went out of his way to ensure I could have my original roofer fix my roof correctly, even though nothing was in it for him or for his firm. This company is what we always hope for we get when we hire a contractor; they will be the first one I call when I have a remodeling project or need a repair done. They are the ones I will recommend to my friends and neighbors."
