"Peter is a professional! I got a few quotes and while Peter's wasn't the lowest, I could tell he takes pride in his work and would make sure the job was done correctly. On the scheduled date, he and two workers showed up on time and got to work. The work we had done included installing a fan brace, medallion, and chandelier in our living room, installing a medallion over a chandelier in our guest bedroom, and installing a medallion on a chandelier 20+ feet up (that required two ladders and a plank straddling a staircase). The guys worked fast and once the hard stuff was done, Peter left it to his guys to clean and wrap it up (which is good because Peter's hourly rate is higher than his workers). Electrical outlet was installed in the incorrect place but they Rectify that situation and put one in where it was supposed to be,,, Fans were installed ,, I asked Anthony when he finished if the fans were set on the downdraft because when I was under the fans I felt no air circulation he said yes but a couple of days later my daughter visited she said mom these fans must be set incorrectly there's no Breeze at all from them we read the directions and corrected it and sure enough once corrected they worked beautifully and we got a beautiful Breeze from both of them,, Regardless I would certainly use them again as they are ethical and I felt they did their best D.
