"First time I hired for this service.  Friends recommended getting it done saying it really makes a difference, so I found this company, via the internet.  Two young men came to the house.  They did not knock on the door to let me know they were there.  I realized they were there when I noticed someone in the backyard spreading my hand what I think was fertilizer.  It was spread spiratically and unevenly.  I hope they touched on the areas that needed it most.  They did not cover all areas of the lawn with their aerator machine.  Lastly they started to aerate a dirt lot in front of my house, so I stopped them. UPDATE:  The Owner Scott called to follow-up on my complaint.  He sent his team back out to the house to make everything right.  The soil in my area is very hard, so their  aerator machine could barely penetrate the ground, so they recommended soaking the ground before they come out.  The second time around they used the hand machine to spread the fertilizer.  I'm pleased that Scott care enough to make things right."
