"Punctuality, work quality, and clean up were all wonderfully done. The owner, Matt, was as nice as can be. I had an electrician/general contractor there at the same time who was going to do the electrical for the patio ceiling fan. The workers installing the patio did not get my contractor to come consult on the wiring like they were supposed to. My contractor was there in the house doing other work, but they did not get him. There was miscommunication about what was to be done, and Matt's guys tried to throw my contractor under the bus about it. Then the Legacy guys drilled a hole for the electrical wiring that went right through my bedroom wall! My contractor fixed it, and the Legacy guys stayed to help my contractor run the wiring as a "trade" of services, but was still frustrating. But the patio itself is wonderful!"
