A month later we were ready. I called Carlos and told him we were ready to do the job. I was impressed by how responsive he was when we initially contacted him. We scheduled a date for the following week. He and Benny, one of his employees, arrived at our door at the appointed time the following week. He and Benny were as pleasant in person as Carlos had been during our initial interaction. They finished, we paid our bill and they left. We're pleased!
