"It is guaranteed for the life of the home. They gave us it in writing. They were out there for 3 and a half days. They left everything pristine from the day they were there, they cleaned everyday. They were very nice to work with, there for a long time and the staff was just wonderful to work with us. "They came and evaluated the problem by looking inside house, attic and went on the roof. It was the rubber boot. Repairs were made the same day after the price was quoted. I appreciate them coming for the FREE estimate and being prepared to do the work the same day. I found them to be caring, when they knew it was a leak, and professional. The job seemed to be well done and the roofer efficient and personable. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day.
