"Bottom Line: This is the third time using Manor Works – the second time for painting. They did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, rebuilt some customer trust after some botched carpentry work. Communication: Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely, while communications continued throughout the process. Scoping Work: This is probably the most important first step in any project and often either messed up or purposely inflated. Victor actively listened to my desires and provided detailed advice and worked through various options as we worked out the details. For this project, we needed the exterior foundation repainted. Manor Works powerwashed, scraped, primed, and painted it all in a day. Quality of Work: The final product looks great, and since they back it with a 4-year warranty, I have peace of mind it was done right. "Solution Painting did an incredible job on painting the full exterior of our home. The team led by Daniel was excellent - they arrived on time, were always polite, and worked extremely hard. The team went above and beyond by removing loose wires from the outside of our home and removing and inserting wood along the window ledges that had rotted before repainting. While Solution Painting's quote was higher than the two other quotes we received, we selected them because it included power washing and a greater attention to detail that we appreciated.
