"The work was excellent involving replacing existing and installing new gutters. Also, they performed replacing 6-inch aluminum trim and the water damaged backer boarding and again the work was skilled and performed to the exact specifications that their sales representee described during their sales meeting! "Michael Scheinfield came when he said he would and did a preliminary appraisal. The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."

"There was a small leak several months after they installed the flat roofs, which apparently was a caulking issue. BRyan came out and fixed it and there was no leak thereafter into the room below. They gave a 20 year warranty so I wanted an inspection this year to keep the warranty valid. Bryan came out again and was very thorough in his inspection of the three flat roofs that they installed the previous year. Everything looked good. I am very happy with Tycos. Also the owner Christine whom Iâ ve exchanged emails with is very prompt in her responses and courteous.Itâ s nice to know that they will back up their work! PS. Brian is not only thorough, but very reliable. When he was going to be a half hour late he gave me the courtesy of a phone call."
