"The job was done well, only one minor issue with a handle being broken on a bedroom drawer and a small chip in the bedroom headboard. Besides that they did a fine job. There was an issue however with the office at time of payment after delivery . I paid with my debit card which showed as being debited on my end, but the office said it did not go through so I had to pay again on my credit card which means I ended up with duplicate payments. The office said they will refund me as soon as they figure out what the issue is, but it has not been resolved yet; hopefully they take care of this soon, and I don?t have to take this any further."

Initial contact and scheduling was very easy with exchange of information to confirm the type of service needed to match my need. Scheduling and notifications through arrival were well done. Crew, truck, and support equipment such as protective floor runners and wheeled dollies arrived on time. Crew members, Pablo and Nelson, were very professional, courteous and efficient. Moved items into rooms as directed. Finished with a walk through to adjust placement of boxes and items as needed. Cleaned up. No glitches. A great team! "The movers arrived between the scheduled arrival time and went to work immediately. Moving in the middle of winter is not ideal; however, moving in below freezing temperatures with snow and ice on the ground is doubly difficult. I was impressed with how they wrapped the furniture and packed everything in the truck. The move started at 9:30 am and was completed between 1 - 2 pm. Overall, the move went well."
