Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. The owner of Q’s Moving, as well as his staff, have done such a wonderful job following up since the incident by reaching out and offering us a wonderful compensation for our loss, despite having no legal obligation to do so. I was impressed by their responsiveness and their concern to do the right thing. I call that a) INTEGRITY and b) STANDING BEHIND THEIR WORK. Additionally, despite that one incident with the TV (and we all know accidents happen sometime), the company and its employees did a wonderful job with the move, and again, the response in the aftermath was swift, decisive, cordial, and showed a concern for the customer that we often do not see in business these days.
