"Orlando and his team at Dagos Construction can handle anything. Last spring we had a plumbing disaster (from another company) that required half of our living room ceiling to be cut out. The plumbers, of course, did not repair the damage they did to our living room. A neighbor recommended Orlando and I honestly don't know what I would do without him and his team. Every person that has worked on our house has showed up on time and has been incredibly professional and courteous. So far, they have have scraped the entire first floor ceilings of popcorn and repainted, repaired the holes in the ceiling and walls from the previous plumbing disaster, painting our living room trim and walls, removed the old fireplace tile and re-tiled, added additional lighting to the living room and kitchen, centered 2 light fixtures that were never exact center of the room (which bothers my OCD). The ceiling scraping is quite a messy process but they made sure to tape all the rooms off to mitigate dust throughout the house. I have now contracted with Orlando do install new hardwood floors in the remaining rooms on our first floor, paint the exterior of the house, replace all the gutters and fix exterior wood rot. Next year, Dagos Construction will start on our basement remodel. Anything you need done, Orlando and his team can do it!"

"We contacted Wells Professional Painting (Steve & Julie) September 2022 as we were wanted to have the exterior of the home stained/painted & several repairs completed prior to winter. They promptly came out and reviewed the house, discussed what needed to be completed and provided us with an reasonable estimate for the work to be completed. As with all quality professionals, they were booked out several months and were honest about being able to complete the work prior to the weather changing. The weather did not cooperate, but Steve & Julie did accommodate our need of having several of the repairs completed prior to winter and would not accept any payment until all the work had been completed. Fast forward to spring, they and their team came and did a beautiful job painting (solid stain) the house. Their entire crew was respectful, polite, hardworking, & cleaned up after themselves each day they were here. They were most accommodating with the changes and additions that were done throughout the project. Would definitely recommend them."

"Sure Point exteriors is the model of quality craftsmanship and professionalism. They obviously valued quality over getting the job completed in a certain time frame. They never seemed rushed. We hired them to remove our 50 year old board and batten siding, soffits and facia board. They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process were patient with me throughout all of my questions about the expectations for the product and work as well as during the installation process. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed.
