Workers were efficient, polite and complete the repairs well. Communication from the front office could be better. I had to call for appointment date, which they had made in their calendar but had not notified me, and they did not call the day before to let me know exact time workers would be coming as they said they would. Minor blips. I would hire them again."

The only issue I had was the quote I was given over the phone changed once the handyman arrive, however after a quick phone call the original quote was honored. The Mailbox was installed in Feb 2020 and is still standing. Overall this was a quick repair and the 2-man crew was pleasant to work with."
