"Unfortunately I don't have anything to compare the price too, and I understand that it was no fault of my own or the person dispatched to take care of my issue, but the cost seemed to be a lot more than I had expected. However, he did have to dig down almost five feet just to find where the leak was in my water main. I have no clue how incompetent the people that built this home were, but there is no reason to have had the water main routed this way or this deep. I also feel that I should have asked for a better break down of the cost and charges to better understand rather than just a synopsis of the work done and then a lump sum for the work. I am satisfied with the work and the customer service provided, as well as, with how to service person kept me informed."

"He was prompt, willing to explain things to us and reasonable when compared to others we have dealt with in the past. I also liked that when he said he would solve the problem he did so for the original price quoted. In our case that meant he ran his machine through our line and used the camera to locate the clog (massive tree roots and a broken pipe) and finally dug up the yard to find the source of the clog as well as provide relief for the clog.
