"I used Walter and his crew for weekly mowing and landscaping. They did a great job. I have also used them to clean up my flower beds and around my trees. They put in new sod and new soil. They also took down a large tree, including the roots. It was perfect. They repaired a 7â  fence and Walter put in a new gate. He even went to his house and built the gate and returned the same day and installed it. I was so impressed! As he was leaving, I asked him about a latch that was not working on a dog kennel. He went to his truck and got what he needed and fixed it right then! They are the best I have ever used for fence repair and landscaping. I highly recommend them. By the way, I am a single girl and they are very reasonable in their costs. They are just excellent and honest!"

"Thank you for responding to my concerns about the installation of gutters on my flat roof during the summer. I selected Berger Home Services to install two sections of gutters on each side of the chimney and over the balcony for a cost of $900 plus tax. App. $76.50 = $976.50. This installation of gutters was to prevent water from flowing over the roof and causing damage to my roof, balcony, and the sliding glass door trim. Hank Smith was my salesman, and Eric was the customer service manager, who guaranteed that if the company installed the gutters incorrectly, they would make any necessary repairs or replacements. I mentioned that neither of the men is employed at Berger Home Services, and Omar is the man I was asked to speak with. Omar requested pictures, and they were sent to him. I knew nothing about gutters, so I was unaware that an edge drip was not installed; instead, the installers nailed the gutters to the metal trim around the house. I called Eric several times about water seeping down between the roof and the gutter. Eric ordered a flash to help prevent water from flowing over the gutters. That was not the problem...water was flowing between the roof and the gutter. Eric had the men return to add a lot of caulking. Now, the caulking is cracking, and it is so thick that it causes water to pool and dam up an area. Omar will not return my call to set up an appointment to correct the problem and add an edge-drip. My computer will not accept pictures anymore from my phone, so I will be glad to forward/text them to a phone. I am trying to prevent a lawsuit that is being suggested to me ...so let's see what we can do to move forward and see what you can suggest. All I want is the gutters installed over an edge drip, not a make-up job."

"I had been trying to schedule an appt with Danny for some time to clean my house gutters but there was always something standing in way either personal or weather related. I had given up on getting Danny to clean house gutters so imagine my surprise when he reached out to me to schedule appt on March 6th. He arrived at my home on March 6th at 8:30 am. I watched below as Danny climbed 22 ft ladder to reach gutters on 2 story townhouse. I liked that Danny kept me informed as to conditions of gutters. Danny noticed that the downsprout below roof was up to high & needed to be leveled to lower them to keep water off the roof when it rains. I watched below as he immediately got to work to correct issue. As Danny moved along roof to inspect gutters on back of house I noticed he appeared concerned about what noticed in area. When he came down from ladder he showed me 2 pictures he took of area 3ft x 2ft back right corner of roof. It was clear the roof was damaged. Danny notified a few shingles needed to be replaced & decking needed to be installed to maintain the integrity of roof to prevent extensive water damage. He even offered to refer me to someone he knows who does this type of work. I had no idea there was an issue with the house roof. It was worth the wait to get Danny Miranda to come out to clean house gutters. He saved me thousands of dollars because he discovered roof issue which I was later told by roofer had gone unnoticed for some time. I appreciate Danny because he is a conscientious & caring worker who treats his customer's home as if it were his own. Danny really wanted me to get my roof issue resolved so he sent roof pictures to my email account so I would have them to show roofer. Danny did wonderful job & I would hire him again whenever, I need someone to clean house gutters."
