"Excellent job done by Luiz (sp?) He was actually early and called in advance to make sure that would be ok. He told me all the work that would be done in advance and how he would go about it. He also asked at the end if anyone had any breathing issues before sanitizing. He also noted to check the furnace filter after a week or so since it could have more dirt than usual from the process. Sure enough, even just after he left, I replaced the furnace filter and it had a bunch of dirt and pet hair in it. He also cleaned out the dryer vent, which turned out to be in the worst shape of all vents, and had pulled a lot of lint and dirt out of it (see attached photo). This was done at the end of the job, so I am very confident that the rest of the job was very complete and thorough. Luiz was very polite and courteous and took his shoes off at the door without even being asked."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."
