Explained what he had to do and what he was finding as he was making the repairs. Very pleasant and professional service. i will be using them to replace my roof in several years."

"Called the office and spoke with Duane. He was very professional and honest, and informed us that installing an attic fan when we already have a roof ridge vent is not recommended. We actually already had the electricians here to do their part but ended up cancelling the whole project and will instead be cleaning the soffits. Based off of this interaction, if/when we are in need of some roof work, I will definitely be calling this company."

"I gave Daniel a call and he came after half an hour. He inspected the whole roof and repaired the places where shingles were off and sealed the other shingles susceptible to strong wind. Very professional job that he did! Explained to me the pros and cons of different types of shingles and told me that my roof could probably hold up for another five years. And the price is very reasonable, given that he has to hire a driver to come here as well. He was polite and reasonable and asked for my approval to do anything. Highly recommended!"

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"I had a 20+ year old skylight that was leaking. Joe came out to the property twice when I had a followup question so that he could provide me with an accurate response. The roofers that came to install the skylight were courteous and professional. After the installation was complete the edges of the roof were re-sealed and silver-coated."

"Working with MK Remodeling was fantastic! Mike was very responsive when we lace an initial call for an estimate and worked with us over several months to re-evaluate the cost and scope of the work being done. He helped us determine different options to accomplish our project that also met our financial parameters. He was quick to respond to email or phone calls and kept us updated each step of the process. When our work began, his whole team was professional, accommodating, and pleasant to interact with on a daily basis. Our work began a week before the COVID-19 stay at home orders started and continued through most of that time. The team on site was very mindful of restrictions, worked with us to ensure comfort as well as continuity of scheduled work, while making additional accommodations to having our family (including two small and very curious children) in the house during the work. We could not speak more highly of the quality of work being done and consideration maintained by the team at MK Remodeling. "Sam and hi family and staff worked in the heat wave of the summer in 2022. a three week roofing project. Our house has 5 chimneys, multiple barrel dormers on the third floor. There were 2 asphalt roofs that had to be taken off - and taken away. They were up on the roof every morning at 7 am, took their short lunch breaks - and got back up there. We heard them singing - in the heat . It was a lovely experience. Great attention to detail. We cannot recommend them enough. They are worth the wait . very fairly priced. hard workers."
