"Casey came on time (although a little early) on his first visit. He did a thorough inspection of the roof , first with me from the ground, and then he climbed to the roof for a closer look. He also checked my attic. He gave me what repairs are needed (renail some lifted shingles and replace ridge vent shingles) and gave me a quote later that day. Casey was accessible by email or phone for any further questions. On the scheduled day of work, he dropped off materials and gave instructions to his roofers. He stopped by the next morning, climbed up the roof to inspect the completed work to make sure nothing was missed and removed the garbage bag of replaced shingles. Overall, Casey was very polite and answered any questions I had. He was also thorough with his inspections. The work was on the expensive side but I felt that it was worth it based on the quality and the service and advice provided. I will be calling him again for roof inspection and roof replacement."

"We recently had our roof replaced, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend Lake Point Roofing as a company you should consider for any future roofing projects. I first met Derek Wojcik, a partner in the company, when I asked him to come to my home to review a leak that I noticed in my second floor bedroom. After inspecting my roof, he told me that he had found the source of the leak and would fix it on the spot. After repairing the leak, I thanked him and asked him what I owed him. His response was "no charge". He's also made a couple of other minor tweaks with my gutters without charge. Derek quoted me a price to replace my roof in November 2016. When I decided to replace the roof this year, he told me that he would maintain the same price quoted last year. His team arrived at my home at approximately 7:30 and went right to work, tearing off the existing shingles and replacing them. They also lined my built-in gutters with modified Bitumen, and installed steel angle iron on all the gutters to prevent overflow. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't know that any work had been done. In all my dealings with Derek he has proven to be meticulous in detail, extremely hard working, does what he says he's going to do, and manages a crew of top notch roofers. I don't think we'll have need of Lake Point Roofing's services to replace a roof again, but I would certainly use them again."

"I needed six new windows and a storm door replaced...and all were long overdue projects. I got three estimates. Tom from Capa was the third (and the quote was in the middle of the three), but I felt WAY better about dealing with him than anyone else. Tom did not try to upsell me into an expensive brand. One company insisted I have entirely new windows....no inserts. Tom did not agree. Tom told me that "we'll take care of you" and was as good as his word. The company is honest and works hard to please you. On installation day, three men arrived and installed all 6 windows and the storm door in one day. They took pride in their work and were extremely hard workers. I HIGHLY recommend Capa. They are good, honest people."

"These guys are the best. Looking for a roofing contractor, or any contractor, can be tough. Most of the guys that came out walked the property and gave us a quote 5 mins later. Come on really, there has to be more to it? I am not going to pay 20K+ to a contractor that spends 5 mins and doesn't even pull out a ladder and doesn't detail the quote out. Kevin and Hill's roofing are the best you can get. They came out and not only examined the roof from the outside but when into the attic as well to see if any plywood was rotten and so forth. Kevin returned with a detailed quote didn't pressure us in any way. One of the many deciding factor was the crew. They use the same crew all the time, no sub-contractors. Now that meant we had to wait an extra couple of weeks but we didn't mind. Another key point is that they stand behind their work and craftsmanship. About a month after the job we found a squirrel in our attic. We were naturally upset. But when I called Hills roofing about it. They came out and acknowledged it was their fault and they would take care of it and pay for any additional expenses to fix the problem. Their prices are fair and they quality and attention to detail is above the rest."

"I wasn't sure what to list as a price as we've used David Lancaster's AAA Better Roof a few times over the years although our most recent contact had no charges.  So I listed a rough total of all that we've spent with his company. <br> <br>The first was when we had our Cedar Shake roof replaced in 2000 or 2001 (about $9,000 for the job).  The second was in 2013 when there were a few repairs and some other work done (about $2,500 for the job).  Most recently he came out to inspect for damage as I was concerned that a recent hail storm might have caused damage.  On the most recent job he showed my exactly what the hail did in pictures and why no replacement was needed at this time.  He noticed a couple shingles missing (normal with this type of roof over time) and made some minor replacements at no charge. <br> <br>I wasn't a member of Angie's list when the past work was done, but I am now and his most recent vist reminded me of how pleased I've been with his work including the promptness of his responses, how informative his estimates have been (photos to clearly show exact issues), and the quality of his work.  <br> <br>I would recommend AAA Roofing and would use them again for future roofing needs. <br> <br> <br>"
