"Communication was poor. Work was done over three days, but the team would show up and leave without any warning or notification. I was right inside the house. Equipment was in our driveway while they worked, which was reasonable, but it would have been nice to be asked about that first, because it meant my car was stuck in the garage the whole time. A message about wanting to pay with credit card was not returned, finally found out they don't take credit card, even though it shows they do here and on their website (they did apologize for this). As for the work itself, they did a decent job removing the tree. They damaged a plant in the front yard and made one or two deep divots in the lawn, but that's probably to be expected. They ground out 95% of the stump and hauled away the excess mulch. Ultimately they got the job done at a competitive price during a busy season, but they won't be our go-to providers for future work."
