We couldn't get a crew on site in a two hour window - with a verification call the morning of the appointment, after scheduling a week in advance - without someone making excuses and rescheduling us to the next day an hour AFTER our pick up was supposed to have happened. We ended up having to drag the furniture under some cover in the rain after nobody called or showed up during the sunlit hours we had scheduled for. We had to look elsewhere for junk removal due to the lack of communication, lack of dependability to even call us back, the blatantly ignored calls, and the completely disorganized system. It was a poor experience all around. All we've gotten is excuses and every callback we've been told to expect the last two days hasn't come. Thank you for the time your company has wasted during our already busy and stressful weekend."
