Rates: For 1 day jobs- Time and Materials= $180 for the first 4 hours or less and $35 an hour for any additional time. You will need to supply all materials for the job, paint, caulk, tape etc.. Most 1 day jobs can be completed in the 4 hour time frame. For any job that takes longer than 1 day, I will be glad to come out and give you a free estimate.
