DON'T REPLACE, REFACE! we have found that almost 90 percent of existing deck have a solid sub structure because the sun doesn't get to it, the deck boards protect it. We can come in and inspect the sub structure and guarantee the substructure in writing and install new deck boards and railings, giving you a brand new deck for less than half the cost of a completely new deck, in fact, doing it this way most people can do a really nice composite deck and railings for the cost a of a complete pressure treated deck. He was friendly and clear about how he proposed to do the job. When another job got delayed he asked if he could move my job up, which was fine by me. He showed up on time and began working immediately. The entire job was finished in a day and a half. The deck looks great and Len cleaned up all the old material and disposed it. It was 30 years old and not safe to use so he took it down completely and built us a new one. We love spending time outside on it. Since he did such a good job there, we also asked him to do the front entrance deck and what a difference it has made in our curb appeal. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
