"Corey is a great guy to do business with. This is the THIRD project I've done around this 200 year old house with him. His quotes are very detailed with line item pricing. You want option A, that's this price. Go with option B and it's this price. I don't see how it could be done better. I got exactly what I was expecting and didn't pay a penny over what was quoted. I think his prices are fair and reflect the quality of work that his crew does. <br /> Corey is focused on customer satisfaction and on doing the job properly. During the course of the job, one of the materials that he'd originally planned to use (and quoted to me) seemed substandard so Corey went with a more expensive, superior product and didn't change his price at all.  <br /> They do what they say they're going to do. They show up when they say they're going to show up and they and work like crazy. Everything was done within the timelines expected. All the guys on the crew are professionals. <br /> When this project is done (and I've got some money saved up again) I'll be contacting Corey for my FOURTH project around the old place. <br /> In case you're curious - project one was a scrape and repaint of all exterior trim (it's a stone house). Project two was a massive dig out of the dirt basement, pouring a concrete floor with radiant floor heating, repointing the interior stone walls, renovating the structural support of the first floor, and some electrical rerouting so that I could finish up a bedroom in the formerly dungeon-like basement. Project four is going to be the addition of a screened porch off the kitchen whose roof will also serve as a deck for the master bedroom. <br />"

"It took a while to get scheduled (weather was not working in anyone's favor) but once I was contacted, services were scheduled for the next day. All cracks were repaired, and the sealcoat came out great. Since services were rendered, a few of the cracks have re-appeared, but this did not surprise me. I likely waited way too long to have this done. I intend to have the driveway cracks repaired and a new sealcoat applied next year, should this special re-appear."

"WOW... a contractor who is Reasonably Priced, Reliable, Communicative (stays in touch before, during and after the job) and PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH... this represents Lifetime Concrete. I live out of town and contracted with them (Brian - owner) to have existing porch steps and underlying pavement demolished and replaced for a family member in the Northampton, PA area. I can easily say that my experience with Brian and Jessica (Lifetime Concrete company coordinator who hand held me all the way thru the job) was one of the best "contractor experiences" I have ever had!! Imagine... a contractor who doesn't miss commitments, has no "surprises" and does quality work and who I HIGHLY recommend."

"We were interested in buying a home and wanted to do some additional mold testing. We had a bad experience with another company and decided to request additional testing and remediation with MSI. The process could not have gone smoother. Thanks to MSI, we were able to close on the home we wanted with a peace of mind! Here why MSI is the obvious and best choice: 1) They are trustworthy. MSI could've quoted a higher price, made some extra $ here and there from the back and forth results, etc. but I could tell that MSI took their work seriously and valued integrity and honest work above $. He offered several different price options for us based on the results and scope of work and made suggestions that were very reasonable and appropriate. They were also very transparent throughout the whole process. 2) MSI's team are available and they have great customer service. The owner was available to answer any questions and was quick to respond. Throughout the whole process, I knew what was being done and felt comfortable to ask as many questions I had. He was willing to not only answer any them, but explain accurately, kindly, and honestly his assessment and provided ongoing updates. MSI and his team are really personable and helpful. 3) They are extremely thorough yet fast. This is not easy to accomplish! The last thing I wanted was black toxic mold lingering around (esp. with an infant) and not being able to find the source of where some of the mold was coming from with a tight timeline, was also stressful. I could tell MSI had a lot of experience and knowledge based on how they approached their work and rather than cut corners, they used their knowledge to hone in on specific areas. They found the source and remediated it completely and quickly. I know MSI also went above and beyond to get the lab results quickly so that we would be able to move forward with our closing process. Overall, I really felt like I learned a lot about mold growth, treatment, and prevention and would highly recommend MSI. They're the company that schools and real estate agents call for their personal home to be tested and remediated -- and there's a reason why."

"Joe was an excellent choice to have as a contractor for our basement renovation. He always left the work space very neat and organized when stopping for the day, worked continuously only stopping briefly to eat lunch. He was easy to talk to about changes or specifics of the job, did excellent work and was willing to undertake tasks that he had never done before since we were requesting some “odd” things. He explained the pros and cons of our choices but the final decision was up to us. He always returned phone calls or texts promptly and was at our house at the times he said he would be. When he came to view the job initially he gave us a verbal ballpark estimate and then, after we agreed to have him do the work, emailed an itemized list of the work to be done. The ballpark estimate was on point with the written agreement and the only change in pricing at the end of the job was what was added/changed at our request. We now have 450 square feet of additional living space in our house and are thrilled with the finished product which was completed in a shorter amount of time than we expected. Joe is skilled in many areas of home repairs so there is no need to have multiple subcontractors other than doing the drywalling and he has used this specific group of men for years. To summarize, Joe was a pleasure to have in our home and we had no regrets about having him as our contractor."

"Everything went great! When I called to schedule a quote they came out quickly and gave me a quote that was easy to understand. Scheduling was easy and the communication was excellent when the weather didn't cooperate and things had to get pushed back a day. When it came to doing the job they were on-time, polite, kept me apprised of how things were going, and paid attention to detail.
