"The first words that come to mind are: professional and pleasant. For the first job, Lucas provided a very reasonable estimate (much lower than another company that we called) . When the job was performed, there were some unforeseen glitches that caused the job to be much more involved than originally thought. He worked through the problems with ease and did not charge us for the extra time it took to complete the job. New panel is great and working well. The second job was much less involved, but still done efficiently and is working great. We are planning to have AVA back to install lighting in our living room. AVA has proven to be reliable, responsive and reasonably priced, I would highly recommend them for any electrical repairs or installations."

"He and his polite and friendly assistant did a complicated installation in the finished attic of our 100-year-old house, where it was nearly impossible to find a way to snake wires through the wall. He ran an external line from an existing outlet to create a new one in a convenient spot for my husband's TV/audio/video set up, and then across a window and radiator and into the wall to a new light fixture, controlled by a switch/outlet combo. The work was meticulous -- this whole elaborate setup is nearly invisible. There were other smaller items -- a whole long run from the doorbell to the basement, etc. And on top of all that, they cleaned up everything perfectly! It all costs a lot, but then electrical work always does, and this was something I wasn't sure could be done, and they did it."
