"Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! I had an existing patio that another contractor installed just a few years ago that was in need of repair because it was never done properly. Juan and his crew came in and basically rebuilt the entire patio from the ground up. He even added an outdoor kitchen area to make it even better. Juan and his team also did a great job of not tearing up the existing yard and landscaping with his machinery and equipment. In fact all of the excavation work was hand dug by shovel. We had a few delays because of the bad weather but that can be expected. My wife and I only regret is that we didn?t find NP Landscaping LLC sooner. "Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. I'm a graphic designer and I am very detail-oriented. In other words, I'm not the easiest person to please, but I have to admit I am so impressed with our new walkway. It's really beautiful! We get compliments from our neighbors, as well as complete strangers all the time. The process started in early August 2017 when TJ came out to meet with me. I showed him a rough drawing of what my husband and I had in mind. He liked our ideas and offered some really good suggestions. He emailed his estimate about 2 days later, then I went out to his Euclid showroom to look at colors and patterns of pavers. The young man there was helpful and answered all of my questions. Soon after, we settled on a design, style and color, and TJ made us feel confident in our choices. About 2-1/2 weeks later, his crew came out to put in the new walkway. The guys arrived early, they were courteous and always professional. David (I believe was his name) completed the majority of the work. He was fast yet meticulous. I really admired his craftsmanship. He cleaned up while he worked and at the end of each day. The project was completed in about a day and a half. The estimate was accurate. Dale and Steve from Koontz spent hours trying to determine the cause of the leaking, found it and fixed it. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly wanted to help me solve this problem. When weather delayed the actual repair process they were truly apologetic and worked very hard to get things done by a deadline. They always kept me informed and tried to keep the repair as economical as possible. They cleaned everything up every day and the results are perfect.
