"I picked John based on his reputation on Angie's List.  He exceeded my expectations.  The insurance company said I had some curling shingles.  I reached out to John and he replied immediately.  He came out on a weekend with his family and looked over the roof.  After investigation he said I had hail damage and suggested I open a claim with my insurance. <br> <br>The insurance company came out and confirmed the hail damage with their own roofer and declared it needed to be replaced.  That was obviously a significant outcome  ($$).  I worked with John to pick new upgraded shingles and explained I wanted to add gutters to the house.  John dropped off color samples on the gutters and we found a perfect match for our trim.  He provided a link to the shingle colors and we found what we wanted. <br> <br>The shingles were back ordered due to all the storms, but arrived when John said they would.  The work took two days for a roof and another for the gutters.  We are extremely happy with the results and have already recommended John to friends. <br> <br>"

"I called Brent based on good Angie's reviews, and a neighbor's recommendation who previously contracted with him.  He came to the house to meet my insurance adjuster, and me, on a Sunday.  He worked with the adjuster and they agreed on the scope and price.  My only payment was my deductible.  His crew arrived when scheduled, worked 2 days and cleaned up the yard afterward.  I paid him whenever I received an insurance check.  It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend him to anyone.  I definitely would use him again, but probably won't need to. :)"

"I Called Gordy Roofing earlier in the week and spoke with William Gordy. I asked Mr. Gordy several questions over the phone including if his company had ever worked with synthetic underlayment, if they hand nailed or used a nail gun, and his companies working with rain polices. Mr. Gordy answered all of my questions professionally so I asked him when would he be available to provide a bid. Mr. Gordy stated he would be able to come later that same week. When Mr. Gordy arrived on Thursday of that same week he was very professional and answered all of my questions. Most importantly they do not chance working while there is any probability of rain, they hand nail the shingles, and they have experience working with synthetic underlayment. Mr. Gordy measured my roof and provided a bid on site. In my experience, with three other roofing companies, Gordy Roofing was the only company that provided a bid on site. After reviewing the bid and asking a few additional questions I decided to hire Gordy Roofing before he left. Mr. Gordy stated it would be approximately three weeks before his company could get to my roof which I was more than happy with since there is a less chance of rain in the coming weeks. <br />"

"The process went pretty fast! I wasn’t expecting that! John is a great guy, he’s very informative and not pushy at all. I really enjoyed working with him. John worked with our insurance company to get the adjuster out to assess our damage quickly. Once USAA did their bit we got scheduled to have our work done. The crew got here before the sun came up and got our roof done in one day - it looks fantastic! The gutter crew came on a different day and replaced the damaged gutter and installed a new run of gutters where we’d never had any. (But water was eroding our wood siding) The gutters look great and the new run keeps water well away from our siding! Both crews worked quickly while still doing high quality work. Each crew also cleaned up all waste materials possible once they were finished. (I walked around the house with a strong magnet to find any stray/hidden nails, just in case) I would absolutely call John again for our roofing/gutter needs. (We still have areas that have never had gutters that we will call John to install once we save the money.) I definitely recommend John and Adams Family Roofing."
