Normally I try to write a proper review like an essay but I’m going to make it real simple here : From the first time I talked with Kevin at Blankenship I was very impressed by his warm, professionalism, and courtesy! They gave me the best bif out of all the movers that I had called until, so I felt very confident to schedule the date for them to move me. Over the couple weeks I had turned to them with many questions and Kevin, Sean, and Lou were very very helpful and provided answers to any questions I had and provided me with any additional information I needed to know. And they were very pleasant, friendly and polite as well as professional! I’m moving day we had the moving team of Pablo, Drew , and Drew. "Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them. "

"I hired Big Shoulders for a long distance move from WI to VA. The moving crew was great! Showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very careful while packing up my furniture. They managed to protect a large glass display case that I was sure I'd get back in pieces! I do wish the dispatch and sales department were more on top of things. My sales agent left an email asking about when I should hear from dispatch unanswered. , and I received conflicting information about when my drop-off team would show up from dispatch. I was also told I could pay for the move with credit by my Sales agent, but dispatch told me the day before my pickup that there would be a 5% charge for using a card. Customer service aside, however, I am satisfied with the quality of the move, and would recommend Big Shoulders if asked."
