I didn't feel like a "customer" - I felt like part of their family, as corny as that sounds. My calls were answered the same day, even if they weren't pressing and even after 5 pm. John, the owner, came out himself and spoke with me about my options as I looked to finalize what was discussed in February. I've never had such amazing customer service for something household related. You'd expect that when going to a spa, a hotel or buying a car - but in this case, they went above and beyond. I really cannot recommend JSP enough. If you want to work with a company that cares about your needs, preferences and your family - they're the ones to go with.
