The Reality: Understaffed: Only two cleaners arrived for a 3-level house; Unprepared: No ladders or proper supplies, despite prior assurances; Dishonest: Oscar arrived late, claimed dirty areas "couldn't be cleaned" (I cleaned them easily myself later), and rushed us for payment; Incomplete Work: They missed an entire refrigerator, skipped exterior windows, and left heavy smears on glass and dust in corners. Oscar has since ghosted all messages regarding the unfinished work. I had to stay up late cleaning the house myself despite health limitations just to move in. They take your money, double-book their staff, deliver mediocre results. Save your money & go elsewhere. Angi?s 'screening process' is a total failure.
